Checking Availability and asking any Questions
You can hire and purchase as many items as you wish dependent on availability.
For items to hire, simply contact us to check that the item/s are available for your wedding date and ask any other questions you may have. You can check out the FAQ’s as well.
Items for purchase, such as favours, are made to order so bear in mind there is a lead time when placing the order. Lead times vary dependant on the item/s, how busy we are and when your wedding date is.
The cost for hire depends on the item, and there is also a fully refundable security deposit required (for hire items only). The refundable deposit costs are listed below:
- Orders less than £150 – Deposit price based on each individual item, shown on the product pages.
- Orders of £151-£300 – Deposit of £100
- Orders of £301 – £450 – Deposit of £150
- Orders of more than £450 – Deposit of £200
Unfortunately some of the larger and more delicate Lego models for hire cannot be sent in the post. Even with the models being glued and more than strong enough for general use, it is too much of a risk to expose them to the postal service. The last thing you or we want is your Lego® model turning up in pieces a few days before your big day.
Smaller items for purchase, and the more solid items for hire can however be sent via the post. We will inform you if the items you are interested in can go in the post or not.
We do offer to deliver the models within a 15 mile radius of our address (we are located at Swanley in North West Kent). Please note this does not include going through the Dartford tunnel though. For the delivery service it will be charged at 60p per mile, and will be included in your invoice based on the round trip distance to your address. You are of course welcome to collect the items yourselves as well.
Once your date is confirmed we will then email you a booking/confirmation form and T&C’s (also found at the bottom of this website), which needs to be signed and returned to us. These T&C’s are only applicable to hire items. We will then send you an invoice detailing the hire cost and refundable deposit, or purchase cost and delivery if required. You will notice a Paypal button on the invoice; don’t fret if you do not have a Paypal account, you can pay by card without needing a Paypal account.
You have the option of paying a 20% deposit or to pay the full amount. The payment is required within 7 days of invoice in order to secure your booking. For purchased, made to order items a further 50% will be required 6 months prior to the event to allow the ordering of bricks. The final remaining balance is required 3 months prior to the event.
When we will deliver/you can collect the Lego® Model/s
Items are generally available for collection from us 2-3 days beforehand. We will email you a few weeks before the event to arrange the day and time.
Returning the Lego® Model/s
All items must be dropped off back to us 2 or 3 days after the wedding. We don’t collect the items for return, so we will send an email after your event to arrange for you to drop the Lego Model back to us.
